The Boyer Company welcomes XNRGY, a rapidly growing company from Montreal, Canada, as the first tenant of the Mesa Gateway master development. XNRGY manufactures and services high efficiency HVAC equipment and systems. The building will be their first manufacturing facility in the United States. The building also includes office space that will be occupied by the company's leadership and design and sales teams.
