Since 1978, Boyer has developed over 6.5 million square feet of medical office and research-related space for clients throughout the United States. Boyer is a preferred development partner for many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. The types of space developed include medical offices, hospitals, outpatient, surgical centers, imaging, research, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Projects range from a small single-tenant imaging center to a multiphased genetic research lab campus. Recent clients include HCA, Iasis, Advanced Healthcare, Myriad Genetics, and ARUP.

School Development Projects

The Boyer Company has developed over 660,000 square feet of school space in Utah, Nevada, and California. In many of these projects, project managers have been able to use their development expertise to construct school buildings on a low-cost basis that gives the client flexibility and sustainability for future operations. School development projects are time-sensitive and therefore a bit more complex. Boyer is held to a high standard in delivering schools on time, considering the nature of a strict timeline when schools are in session.
